The food that you eat affects everything from your energy and performance levels through to your general health and well being. Eat badly and you will feel sluggish and tired, but eat well and you will soon see the positive effects. Sometimes, it’s not even about eating foods that are greasy or high in fat, it may simply be that you are having too much of something, such as, protein or carbohydrate in your diet. At HAVIT, as part of working with your personal trainer, you will be given nutritional advice so that you can ensure you’re eating the right foods to support and sustain you in your personal training regime, and help you to achieve your goals.
Your Personal Nutrition Plan
For your convenience your HAVIT personal trainer will create a weekly food plan for you of delicious meals and snacks tailored to meet your individual needs, tastes and accommodate any food intolerances you may have. We not only want you to eat the right things, but also enjoy what you eat.
Your personal trainer will also be able to give you recipe suggestions and provide you with further information regarding a range of topics such as healthy eating, superfoods, foods for losing weight and eating to lower cholesterol.
Getting Started - Free 1 hour consultation with a personal trainer
At HAVIT we offer a free 1 hour session with a personal trainer to identify a personal training programme that will enable you to meet your goals (click here for further information on personal training). At this session your personal trainer will ask you to complete a weekly food diary so that they can assess your current eating patterns and nutritional intake. They can then advise you on how to change your diet to meet your needs and get the most from the food that you eat.
