HAVIT (Health & Vitality Individual Training) was created by Rob Callow, Head Personal Trainer. He established the company in Brighton & Hove, a dynamic city which actively promotes health and wellbeing. Rob says:

“My vision, when setting up HAVIT, was to create a company that focuses on the individual and his/her exercise requirements within a busy schedule, given the restrictions and dangers of modern, 21st century life.

Having personally suffered poor health as a result of working on the corporate treadmill, which involved months of recovery, I made the decision to change my life and my career to ensure it never happened again. I realised I had one life and one body, and I didn’t want to compromise either of them.

As a personal trainer every day I see the life changing effects that exercise and nutrition can make to someone’s life. At HAVIT our aim is to help as many people as possible to build regular exercise into their lives to improve their physical and mental health. If you want great health and fitness, you’ve just got to HAVIT!”
